Salad+ is a healthy fast food chain concept that has been developed in collaboration with China Bridge Ventures. 

The target was to offer tasty, affordable salads  freshly chopped in front of each customer. Beside the existing creations, a selection of fresh ingredients allows ”Make Your Own”options as well. The first store was open in B1 of Shanghai World FInancial Center. More shops are planned.
