Natural International Yacht Club - Kunshan is a Luxury Members Club and Boutique Hotel immersed in the stunning landscape of "Natural Garden", a private villa resort on Dianshan Lake, fifty minutes from Shanghai downtown. The Club and the Hotel required a full Staff Training Program and Management Optimization as well as Event supervision for a period of two months during which all departments were assessed, trained and monitored. The training involved F&B, Hotel Reception, House Keeping, Cleaning Forces, Kitchen Staff, Security and Car Fleet Drivers. During the training, catering support, buffet preparation and full supervision was given at three major events including Luxury Classic Car Challenge China 2014. The training program concluded with the selection of new top management for the club.
