Salotto means living space in Italian. It’s the place where friends gather to dine and drink, where guests are entertained. Salotto relates to the idea of a private Home, and every home has a host. We created the character of G. the host of Salotto. His profile is just a hint, and his name is just an initial, to give space to everyone’s imagination. He thought the first floor as open for all, where his barman can prepare memorable cocktails, while his chef prepares Cold Cuts, Finger Food and delicacies. He dedicated a Market corner and glass room to his favorite hams, cheeses and gastronomic products. On the second floor he created an intimate space to entertain his closest friends with a selected menu, paired by special wines and cocktails.
